Sponsor Guide

True Networking Thursdays 3rd Thursday receptions are the primary way for the TNT membership to meet and network with like-minded professionals in the Rochester area, while learning about various organizations and businesses in the community. In order for you to have a successful reception, we have compiled the following list:

* Projected attendance: Range is 40-50 individuals
* Estimated sponsor cost per person: $6 for refreshments
* Recommended refreshments: Hors d’oeuvres, finger foods, soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages are optional.
* Gift raffle: Sponsors may provide 3 – 5 gifts for raffle as a means of promotion of your business
* Networking: Sponsors are encouraged to network and exchange business cards with all in attendance
* RSVP’s will be collected by TNT’s Administrative Assistant so that you do not get overwhelmed with phone calls.
* Directions: Please provide directions for guests to reception site, as well as information regarding parking availability.

You will receive:

* A full page in the reception program to promote your organization at no cost.
* Two complimentary one-year membership with TNT.
* Special recognition on TNT’s website which is viewed by thousands monthly.
* 10-15 minutes to share information about your organization and events
* Reception announcement: emailed by TNT to a full mailing list of more than 500 recipients.
